When will customers receive their meals?
Meals are delivered Monday or Thursday 2 PM to 7 PM straight to your door. Pickup is also available on Mondays & Thursdays 12 PM to 2 PM.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Ready to heat and enjoy.

Yes. Everything on the menu is 100% gluten free.
Do you use seed oils?
Never. We cook with extra virgin olive oil only.
